About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Registered Nurse RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Premier Washington Health Center, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team on weekends, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including delegating tasks and providing feedback and coaching
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and medical staff

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
