Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor $5,000 sign-on bonus

Seminole Care & Rehab seeks compassionate and thoughtful individuals to join our team. We partner with skilled nursing centers to support a small team environment of caring professionals.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Sets and assigns nursing care to team members based on resident needs and team capabilities
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents treatment as required
• Ensures supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Effective communication skills with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Decisive reaction to emergencies
• Maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff

Pay

The 2nd shift is 3p - 11p: $1.00 more per hour and 3rd shift is 11p - 7a: $1.50 more per hour
