Registered Nurse - Urology Procedural - FT Days
About the Role
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience to support our Pediatric Urology Surgeons and APPs as a Procedural Outpatient Registered Nurse. This role provides patient education and assists with office procedures at our Riley downtown location. Full-time roles are eligible for a sign-on bonus, with the amount dependent upon FTE. Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform duties associated with symptom management, direct in-clinic patient care, telehealth patient care, and quality improvement activities.
- Adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
Qualifications
- Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Schedule
Core office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekends, no holidays, no call.
