About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, focusing on positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in the assigned unit.
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconciling medical records to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
