Key Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and accountability for nursing outcomes
• Leading and guiding unlicensed nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care
• Contributing to patient safety and enhancing the patient experience

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
• Minimum of 2 years of med/surg experience
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
