Registered Nurse - Transition Unit - Day/Evening

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel
• Contribute to safety and enhance the patient experience

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN degree preferred
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of med/surg nursing experience

Pay

$36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience and expertise

Schedule

11:00am – 11:30pm, full time, 36 hrs/wk
