Registered Nurse - Transition Unit - Day/Evening

Location: Evanston Hospital

Schedule

Full-time, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM, 36 hours per week

Pay

$36.00 – $55.80 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Take responsibility and accountability for nursing care results
• Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing staff in delivering patient care
• Contribute to patient safety and enhance patient experience

Requirements

• BSN degree preferred
• Current Illinois nursing license required
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years med/surg nursing experience
