Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Maintain high-quality standards and safety outcomes
• Take accountability for nursing care outcomes
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing personnel
• Provide patient-centered care, ensure compliance, and contribute to safety and quality patient experiences

Requirements

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of med/surg experience
