Registered Nurse - Transition Unit (Day/Evening)

Role: Registered Nurse providing patient care across diverse populations. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care.Ensure regulatory compliance and take responsibility for nursing care outcomes.Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in patient care delivery.Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experiences.
