Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Join our team as a full-time, Day shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Charge Registered Nurse, providing leadership and clinical support in a patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Under the Nurse Manager's guidance, oversee shift management, monitor care quality, serve as a liaison to communicate unit needs, assign patients, mentor staff, and support new associates. Assess patient and family needs, develop and revise care plans, delegate care to optimize outcomes, and ensure compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Associate’s degree in nursing Current Kansas RN Licensure BLS certification within 14 days of hire ACLS for Tele, ICU, PCU roles Oncology certification for post-surgery care Certifications completed within first year Preferred Skills At least one year of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in nursing Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
