Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Charge Registered Nurse, responsible for managing shift operations and ensuring quality patient care. Under the Nurse Manager's guidance, you will oversee unit activities, serve as a liaison, assign patients, provide clinical support, and address patient care issues. You will mentor new staff, participate in performance reviews, and continually assess and revise care plans to meet diverse patient needs. Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in nursing, current Kansas RN licensure, and required certifications such as BLS, ACLS (for certain units), and oncology certification (post-surgery). All certifications must be completed within the first year. Preferred candidates have at least one year of recent healthcare experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
