Registered Nurse - Surgical Stepdown - Full Time Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Stepdown, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities: Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, ensure professional accountability, and perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license in Missouri or with compact licensure, and BLS certification. Prior hospital experience and additional certifications or specialty licenses are preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical movements like bending, reaching, and kneeling.
