About the role
Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating care effectiveness provided by others.
Key duties
- Coordinating patient care across departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Preferred
- BSN
- Additional certifications
- Specialty experience
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks needed for nursing duties
