About the Role
Provide nursing care and counseling to promote health, prevent illness, and support patients through life-supportive and restorative activities. Utilize a systematic critical-thinking approach for data gathering, assessment, intervention, and evaluation of human responses to health issues, including health teaching and counseling.
Responsibilities
- Identify patient needs using the AACN Synergy Model.
- Delegate, coordinate, and manage all aspects of nursing care for patients, families, and the community.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and licensed physicians, psychologists, podiatrists, or dentists to deliver care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current or eligible RN licensure by the applicable state board.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS and PALS may be required depending on the unit.
Schedule
The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, including weekends and nights.
