About the role
This is a Registered Nurse position in a supportive, team-oriented 42-bed MedSurg/Chemo unit focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Ensure efficient patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Demonstrate leadership as a resource, mentor, and delegator
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Active RN license in the appropriate state
- Minimum one year of relevant experience (preferred)
