About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care on a 42-bed MedSurg/Chemo unit with a supportive, team-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Ensure efficient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Demonstrate leadership as a resource nurse, mentor colleagues, and delegate nursing activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- At least one year of relevant experience (preferred).
