Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the relevant state or meeting licensure requirements. American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, or obtain within 90 days of hire. >1 year of nursing experience preferred.
