Licensed Practical Nurse - Surgical (4500) Days

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and ensures professional accountability for assigned patients. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure. Current LPN license meeting State Board of Nursing requirementsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hireAdditional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, IV Certification) may be required based on unit Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards necessary to deliver quality patient care. Key Duties: Maintains patient confidentiality, collaborates with healthcare team, and supports patient rights while providing compassionate, professional nursing care in a part-time capacity.
