About the role

Provides patient care by utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Ensures professional accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
• Current LPN license meeting state requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, IV Certification) may be required based on unit
