Registered Nurse Supervisor -SCHC
About the role
This is a professional supervisory position that serves as the facility-wide nursing supervisor on an assigned shift. The successful applicant will be expected to work independently with minimum supervision, will direct and evaluate nursing services provided, will conduct rounds of the facility to inspect patient care and treatment & supervise and train nursing staff.

Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an RN
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Current DMH employees must be free of discipline for six months to apply
- To promote to this position, you should be free of discipline for twelve months
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current professional nursing theory, practices, and standards
- Ability to conduct nursing assessments, administer detailed therapeutic prescriptions and nursing interventions
- Ability to supervise, evaluate, and instruct professional and paraprofessional nursing staff

Pay
Expected Salary: $4,621.63 semi-monthly or $110,919.12 annually
Schedule
Regular work schedule will be 6:30am to 3:00pm with alternating Tuesday/Thursday and Sunday/Saturday as regular days off.
