• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care needs.
• Support residents and their families by providing a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests from residents and staff, ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following regulations.
• Monitor confidential information to ensure resident confidence and trust.
• Manage documentation related to resident care services.
• Foster cooperation among healthcare team members.

Requirements

• A valid RN license.
• At least 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Benefits

This position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $97,500 annually and $50/hour for weekend roles.

Schedule

Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
