Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care during shifts.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and overseeing the Nursing Services Department.
- Manage nursing services in compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support nurses during acute episodes and address employee issues promptly.
- Perform on-call duties and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a high school diploma.
- Valid and current license from the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification renewed annually.
- Experience in long-term care and geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively, follow policies, and adhere to regulations.
- Commitment to quality care, teamwork, and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
