About the role
We are seeking an RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to plan, oversee, and execute nursing services while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to guarantee top-quality resident care.
- Collaborate with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions for shifts.
- Coordinate nursing activities in alignment with medical requirements, physician directives, and care plans.
- Manage and direct charge nurses to ensure proper resident care.
- Adjust care plans in collaboration with medical staff to address emergency medical needs.
- Assume total responsibility for operating decisions in the absence of superiors.
- Ensure adequate relief staff availability before leaving the facility.
- Notify residents' personal physicians of significant changes in condition or immediate medical care needs.
Requirements
- Current state RN license and good standing as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Attention to detail, strong follow-through skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
- Weekend on-call availability to support staff and residents.
- Per diem staff must fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly.

Pay
Up to $53/hour.
