About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead, support, and inspire our nursing staff while providing outstanding care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
- Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
- Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions when appropriate
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred
Skills
- Utilize effective communication and critical thinking skills to support quality care and team collaboration
- Demonstrate strong teamwork while supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional resident care
- Maintain a positive attitude and remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Pay
- Schedule: 7pm-7am, every other weekend required
