About the role
As an RN Supervisor at Complete Care at Holiday City, you will play a key leadership role on our clinical team. You will oversee daily operations, support and mentor nursing staff, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
- Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
- Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
- Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
