About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Responding to resident and staff inquiries
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing regulations
- Managing confidential information to ensure resident trust
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare staff
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
Pay
This role involves working the 11 pm-7 am shift, full-time, with benefits including a sign-on bonus, daily pay options, and health coverage.
