About the Role

Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Maintaining documentation and managing resident care services
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare teams
- Providing support to residents and families
- Ensuring confidentiality and enforcing safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
