About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and staff scheduling in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
- Answering questions and maintaining effective communication
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Managing documentation of care services
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
