About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff in delivering quality resident care during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign staff
- Provide compassionate support to residents and families
- Answer questions and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Ensure confidentiality and manage documentation
- Foster teamwork among healthcare providers
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
