About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
- Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by enforcing rules and regulations
- Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident confidence
- Managing documentation of resident care services
- Promoting teamwork among healthcare staff
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
