Key Responsibilities

• Cookordinate and assign nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Foster a compassionate environment supporting residents and families
• Respond to resident and staff inquiries with accurate information
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace by enforcing regulations
• Protect resident confidentiality and manage care documentation
• Promote effective teamwork among healthcare staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
