Registered Nurse - Stepdown (Advanced Care)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated RN for an advanced care unit specializing in caring for acutely unstable patients requiring frequent, complex assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
• Developing and modifying care plans
• Administering medications and treatments such as IV drips and monitoring equipment
• Ensuring patient safety and communication

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with advanced nursing skills including cardiac monitoring, line insertions, and seizure monitoring in an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU)

• Demonstrate strong teamwork
