- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation (Point Click Care)
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily care activities
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Foster an atmosphere of warmth, dignity, and compassion
RN Requirements
- Active Florida Nurse license
- Valid CPR certification
- IV certification
- Ability to learn and navigate Point Click Care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
