About the role

Care Options for Kids offers a unique opportunity for pediatric home health nursing, focusing on one-on-one care in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
• Build consistent relationships with children and their families
• Practice nursing with focus, purpose, and support
• Work in a calm, controlled environment with 24/7 on-call clinical support
• Access to respiratory therapists for training and mentorship
• Use of a dedicated team focused on nurse safety and success

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
