Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning about their life stories.
- Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through the utilization of nursing skills.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
