About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff while promoting their physical and psychosocial well-being. Our nurses lead with compassion, ensuring each resident receives thoughtful, personalized care in a calm and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in condition.
- Manage medications proficiently and ensure safe administration.
- Lead and collaborate with the care team to exceed resident needs through teamwork and coordination.
- Foster a respectful, positive work environment through strong interpersonal communication.

Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills to promote teamwork within the care team.

Pay
$36–$38.50 per hour.
