About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Provide comprehensive care plans based on thorough assessments and documentation of resident conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
