Schedule
Weekend Doubles: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Candidates must work two consecutive weekend double shifts to qualify for the Baylor Program.
Pay
Competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid RN license
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
- Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
