Schedule

Available Full-Time Weekend Double Shifts: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, Saturday - Sunday. Candidates must work two consecutive weekend double shifts to qualify for the Baylor Pay.

Pay

  • Competitive Pay Based on Experience
  • Baylor Pay - Work 32 hours but be paid for 40
  • Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of nursing with high motivation
  • Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
  • Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
  • Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
  • Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs and team capabilities
  • Administer medications and start IVs
  • Perform treatments for assigned residents and document as required
  • Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
  • One year of nursing experience is preferred
  • Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
