About the Role
Responsible for providing nursing care in patients' homes or facilities by utilizing the nursing process according to ANA standards. The Nurse assesses patient health data, develops individualized care plans, implements interventions, and evaluates patient progress. They collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, using evidence-based practices to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient care.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient health data

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and insurable by the employer
- Active RN license in the practice state
- Effective communication, hearing, and visual acuity
Qualifications
Preferred: minimum two years related experience
