About the Role
Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes or facilities by applying the nursing process in accordance with ANA standards. The nurse collects patient data, analyzes assessments, sets individualized goals, develops and implements care plans, evaluates patient progress, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Using evidence-based practices, they ensure safety, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency in care delivery.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Valid driver’s license and insurability
- Effective communication skills and visual acuity
Qualifications
Preferred: at least 2 years of related experience.
