Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and staff of the assigned unit
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Mentor and support less experienced nurses
- Maintain care standards and review resident records and quality of care
- Monitor individual resident cases and address questions or complaints from residents and families
- Represent the unit in interactions with upper management
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid State RN License
- PREFERRED: 3 years Long Term Care experience and 2 years Charge Nurse experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication abilities
