Duties
- Schedules and assigns nurses and staff to complete Resident care requirements.
- Provides support to Residents and families to establish a compassionate environment.
- Provides information to Residents and the health care team.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintains confidentiality of Resident information.
- Documents all care services provided to Residents.
- Maintains inventory of nursing supplies.
- Maintains cooperative relationships with healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Holds a valid NYS RN License.
- Requires LTC (Long Term Care) experience.
- Requires basic computer skills.
- Requires excellent communication skills.
