About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse on the 40-bed Surgical/Orthopedic Unit, providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and acting as a resource for patients and families. The unit specializes in post-operative care for patients undergoing general, plastic, joint replacement, or spinal surgeries, as well as nonsurgical orthopedic treatments.
The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement clinical interventions, and develop care plans to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license
- ADN or BSN (BSN preferred)
- AHA BLS certification
