About the role

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in providing patient care services. Manage daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and provide clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Experience supervising and managing nursing staff.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
