Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Weekends

Duties

• Schedule and assign nursing staff
• Provide support to residents & families
• Answer questions and requests from residents & staff
• Implement rules & regulations to maintain a safe & clean working environment
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Document resident care services
• Work cooperatively with other healthcare teams

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership skills as a Team Director
• Familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
