Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Weekends

Duties

• Schedule and assign nursing staff
• Provide support to residents & families
• Answer questions and requests from residents & staff
• Implement rules & regulations to maintain a safe & clean working environment
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Monitor documentation of resident care services
• Manage relationships within health care teams

Requirements

• Hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Have minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience
• Be a strong and positive Team Director for all staff members
• Be familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have basic computer skills
