Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Levine Pediatric Gastonia Pediatric Clinic
About the role
We welcome you to join our Ambulatory Nursing team at Atrium Health Greater Charlotte! Across our 14-county region, we provide comprehensive care in over 600 locations in an array of settings including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Infusion, Cardiology, Neurosciences, Orthopedics, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Musculoskeletal, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Virtual Care, and various other medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BSN required for RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN
- BLS required per policy guidelines
- Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam
- Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required within the department by the nurse leader
- Two years of Nursing experience needed
- Previous leadership experience; Pediatrics preferred
Qualifications

Pay
$41.10 - $61.65
Schedule
Monday through Fridays 8am-5pm with Weekend availability for staff reasons
