About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee our evening nursing operations, ensuring quality standards of care are consistently maintained. You will support and direct nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, throughout the shift. Your responsibilities will include reviewing documentation, physician orders, and care plans for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring the nursing department remains compliant with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise evening nursing operations and ensure quality standards of care are consistently maintained
- Support and direct nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, throughout the shift
- Serve as the clinical Supervisor for resident care concerns, admissions, and emergencies
- Assist with mentoring, coaching, and developing nursing team members
- Review documentation, physician orders, and care plans for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary departments
- Ensure the nursing department remains compliant with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote a positive and professional atmosphere as an evening shift Registered Nurse Supervisor
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Registered Nurse
