RN Supervisor Evenings

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening nursing operations and ensure quality standards of care are consistently maintained.
• Support and direct nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, throughout the shift.
• Serve as the clinical Supervisor for resident care concerns, admissions, and emergencies.
• Aid in mentoring, coaching, and developing nursing team members.
• Review documentation, physician orders, and care plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary departments.
• Ensure the nursing department remains compliant with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive and professional atmosphere as an evening shift Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
